Things people ask before they hire me.
How much does a website cost?
Websites start at $250 for a one-page site, $500 for up to five pages, and $750 with an AI assistant included. Hosting and upkeep are $25 or $49 a month, and you can cancel any time. Full details are on the services page.
Why are your prices this low?
I’m taking on a small number of founding clients at these rates while I build out my portfolio. In return I ask for a short testimonial if you’re happy, permission to show your site as an example, and a referral if you know someone who needs one.
How long does it take?
A one-page site can be ready within days of getting your info. Bigger sites take longer, mostly depending on how quickly I get your photos and details. You’ll get a date before we start.
I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?
Often, yes. The free review tells you whether a few fixes will do or whether a rebuild makes more sense. I’ll tell you honestly either way.
What does the AI assistant actually do?
It’s a chat window on your site that knows your services, area, hours and common questions. It answers customers when you can’t, and collects their name, number and what they need so you can call them back.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your domain, your content and your site are yours. If you ever stop the care plan, I’ll help you move it.
Do you only work with South Florida businesses?
I’m based in Broward County, FL, so local businesses can meet me in person, but everything works over phone and email too. I build for businesses anywhere in the US.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. The website is a one-time price, paid half up front and half at launch. Care plans are month-to-month.
